I suffer from anxiety and I have a good bit of stress and most of us do in our lives. I was skeptical to try this but also curious and hopeful.
This oil is made with all natural ingredients. It has vanilla oil and rose oil in it as well as sunflower oil and virgin olive oil just to name a few.
I was going to put a few drops in my diffuser but the packaging says do not use in a diffuser.. I am not sure as to why bit I will listen to their warning.
It smells very good and delicious . No I didn't ingest it ( haha) it just has that delicious type of aroma to it.
I rub a few drops around my neck and slowly relax. It doesn't take away all of my anxiety so please don't think I am saying that at all... it just helps to keep me a little calmer.
