Cubicle fit resistance band

I love using resistance bands in my workouts. All the ones I own though are very long. This set is smaller and way more portable which is great to me. They also come wit a travel bag .

They are all 3 super lightweight and you get 3 different levels of resistance with these. Easy...medium.... and hard.

They are 12 inches long and very easy to use. They work effectively because they hady muscles burning quickly. I love using these when I'm watching TV on the couch and even when I go walking I will stop a few times to use these. 

I have to admit though Im kind of scared to use these due to the warning that came with the package about the chicago known to cause cancer being in these items. That's scary! It made me slow downy use for sure
