My hands are pretty weak. I exercise but I honestly never used any hand exercisers.
You get a 3 pack of these. One is 30 pounds...40 pounds and a 50 pound one.
They are made with a food grade silicone so their is no odor and they are very smooth and easy to grip.
The 30 and 40 pound ones I could use easily. I have been using them each day and enjoy it. The 50 pound however I can't even get to go down. Too much for my weak hands at this moment.
Overall I like these though. I am so excited about making my hands stronger
